Rank Card vs Scorecard
The terms are often used interchangeably. The scorecard emphasises your marks and percentile, while the rank card emphasises your AIR and category rank — both appear on the same official NTA document.

Frequently Asked Questions — Rank Card
To check your NEET 2026 result: (1) visit neet.nta.nic.in, (2) click the “NEET UG 2026 Result” link, (3) enter your Application Number and Date of Birth, and (4) enter the CAPTCHA and click Submit. Your scorecard will display your subject-wise marks, total marks out of 720, percentile score and All India Rank (AIR). Download and save the PDF. The scorecard is also available on DigiLocker.
All India Quota (AIQ) covers 15% of government medical college seats plus all seats at AIIMS, JIPMER, ESIC and AFMC; it is conducted by MCC at mcc.nic.in and is open to candidates from any state. State Quota covers the remaining 85% of government seats plus all private/deemed college seats in a state; it is conducted by the State Authority and usually requires a state domicile certificate. Private college fees are considerably higher (₹10–30 lakh per year).
