Check every marked answer against your booklet.

If a response is wrongly captured, raise an objection within the challenge window (fee applies).
Calculate Your Score from the OMR + Answer Key
Match your OMR responses to the answer key and apply the formula: Score = (Correct × 4) − (Wrong × 1). Then estimate your rank with the Marks vs Rank table.
Check your OMR carefully — this is your only chance to flag a scanning or capture error before the result is finalised.

Documents required for NEET 2026 counselling include: NEET Scorecard, Class 10 certificate (date-of-birth proof), Class 12 marksheet and pass certificate, category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), PwBD certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate (for state quota), a government photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID), passport-size photographs, character certificate, medical fitness certificate, income and asset certificate (for EWS), and a migration certificate if applicable.
NTA released the NEET UG 2026 Provisional Answer Key on 25 June 2026 for Code 50, 60, 70 and 80. The challenge/objection window was open until 28 June 2026 (11:50 PM IST) and is now closed. The challenge fee was ₹200 per question, refunded if the objection is accepted. NTA is now reviewing all objections through its Expert Committee, and the Final Answer Key is expected in the 1st week of July 2026.
