What is the NEET 2026 Final Answer Key?
After releasing the provisional answer key on 25 June 2026 and inviting challenges, NTA reviews every objection through a subject Expert Committee. The corrected, authoritative version it then publishes is the Final Answer Key. Unlike the provisional key, the final key cannot be challenged — your NEET UG 2026 result, marks and All India Rank are computed directly from it.

NTA confirmed two adjustments in the NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam (21 June): (1) Question 26 (Physics) in Code 50 was dropped — every candidate who attempted it automatically gets +4 bonus marks; and (2) another Physics question had two correct options, so candidates who selected either correct option get full marks (+4). Both adjustments are reflected in the Final Answer Key and final score calculation.
NTA released the NEET UG 2026 Provisional Answer Key on 25 June 2026 for Code 50, 60, 70 and 80. The challenge/objection window was open until 28 June 2026 (11:50 PM IST) and is now closed. The challenge fee was ₹200 per question, refunded if the objection is accepted. NTA is now reviewing all objections through its Expert Committee, and the Final Answer Key is expected in the 1st week of July 2026.
