CTET 2024 Exam Date
The Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, has officially announced the exam date for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test 2024. The exam will take place nationwide on January 21, 2024, in an offline format, lasting two hours and thirty minutes.

CTET 2024 Exam Day Guidelines
If you’re one of the thousands of applicants taking the Central Teacher Eligibility Test in 2024, you have to adhere to the specified exam day policies.
- Every participant in the exam must arrive at the testing location at least sixty minutes in advance of the scheduled start time.
- No electronic device is permitted inside the exam room, and anyone found using one will not be permitted to retake the test.
- Since the exam will be administered offline, it is necessary for each candidate to have multiple ball pens in order to facilitate a seamless exam experience.
- It is necessary for candidates to bring a mask and hand sanitizer to the testing location.
CTET 2024 Qualifying Marks
In order to be eligible to sit for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test, which is scheduled for January 21, 2024 at CBSE, New Delhi, candidates must receive a minimum of qualifying marks. These minimum marks are set by the board and are 60%, or 90 marks, for General candidates and 55%, or 82 marks, for candidates from Other Backward Classes, Schedule Tribes, Scheduled Castes, and other reserved categories.
CTET Exam Pattern 2024
On the designated date, the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi (CBSE) will conduct the CTET 2024 offline. There will be 150 objective questions from various sections of Paper I and II, each worth one mark, with no deduction for an incorrect answer.
